CMS Manual:
This manual describes the Cornell Management System for the Environment and Chemical Management (CMS). It provides a roadmap of the CMS and describes the location of pertinent documentation. The manual has been organized in a manner that closely parallels the 16 elements of the CMS. During the Planning Phase we determined the CMS Elements. As we progress through the Development Phase we will be adding more sections to the manual as they are created.
